See You At The Pole

This morning, our students participated in See You at the Pole (SYATP), a day where thousands of students around the world join in prayer at their school flagpole, lifting each other up, praying for their families, other students, their school, our country and its leaders, and their communities. SYATP began in 1990 as an initiative to unite students to pray for their generation, and the event occurs globally on the fourth Wednesday in September.  Mount Airy Christian Academy students joined early this morning for a time of worship, songs of praise and prayer led by the students themselves.

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:20
